Boundless enthusiasm for life and especially Musical Theatre! Some performing experience would be great, but we want good musicianship, excellent communication skills, and being an upbeat, confident and inspiring presence.
No, though that would be great if you have them! Mostly though we are looking for musicality, basic music reading skills, and the ability to demonstrate vocally with confidence. You will need to be happy to get out in front of the choir, teach and enthuse them to give great performances, including some simple moves!
Yes there are plenty of extra perks, including free tickets to West End shows on our theatre trips, and trips to places like The Edinburgh Fringe, and even overseas to Disneyland & Salzburg! Plus extra paid performance opportunities!
That's ok, as musicality, enthusiasm and personality are what you need - we can teach the rest! We have a great support network of other leaders and our Musical Director to help you get started.
